UPDATE 19.11.2021

As announced today, the Austrian Federal Government has announced a nationwide lockdown starting Monday 11/22/2021.
Currently we are internally in clarification & discussions and in the process of determining the new opening date. We will inform as soon as possible! Should your reservation be affected, you will receive a written notification from us in the coming days.

As of 08.11.2021, according to safety measures, the 2-G rule applies throughout Austria for gastronomy, night catering, Christmas markets, hotels and sports and leisure facilities (including cable cars). This means that antigen tests or PCR tests no longer count as proof and access to accommodation or catering establishments is therefore only possible for vaccinated or recovered persons.

For children & adolescents, the following proof requirement applies:

  • Children up to the age of 12 are exempt from the G proof requirement and therefore do not have to show a test result
  • For children and teenagers from 12-15 years, i.e. of school age, the Austrian Ninja Pass applies. This is equated to the 2-G proof and is therefore also valid as proof of admission. However, this is currently only valid for children from Austria. This means that currently for children who are not resident in Austria, the 2-G-proof is valid from the age of 12.
  • Otherwise the 2-G-proof is valid from the age of 16.
  • A model similar to the "Ninja Pass" for ALL children is currently being discussed by the government.

Safe Vacation / Cancellation Policy

In general

  • 2G proof (recovered, vaccinated) is required when entering for the first time.
  • Children up to the age of 12 do not require such proof.
  • Cleaning and disinfection of all areas is carried out with a defined cleaning concept and exclusively by our trained staff.
  • If symptoms occur during your stay, do not leave your room and inform the reception immediately.

Before your arrival

  • Receive messages from us with information and recommendation about a successful winter vacation with us.
  • Please note (potential) entry restrictions or possible obligations to carry medical certificates when entering the country. The website of the European Commission offers a good overview. 
  • If you are not vaccinated or recovered, we recommend for organizational reasons, already with a valid PCR test (as of today, only the 2-G proof is valid, regulations for children see above).

Due to the current development we have decided to adjust our cancellation policy for the winter season 2021/2022 as follows. 
The adjusted guidelines also apply to bookings already made.

17.12.2021 - 24.12.2021 until 3 days before arrival
25.12.2021 - 07.01.2022 until 7 days before arrival
08.01.2022 - 28.01.2022 until 3 days before arrival
29.01.2022 - 18.03.2022 until 7 days before arrival 
18.03.2022 - 10.04.2022 until 3 days before arrival

Excluded are non refundable rates.
After the free cancellation period, the cancellation fee is 90% of the arrangement price.


  • Check In: Your booked hotel room will be ready for occupancy from 3:00 pm. If you already know exactly when you will check in with us, we would be very grateful if you could briefly inform us for organizational reasons.
  • To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask you to use the online check-in option in advance.

  • If there is a wait in our lobby for your arrival, please feel free to take a seat in our lounge.
  • Check out: Please vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to keep this conscientiously, because this way we can guarantee the cleaning and disinfection intervals.
  • Please refrain from shaking hands and hugging. We are happy to welcome and say goodbye to you with a warm smile.
  • Should there be any waiting time at your departure, we recommend that you use the quick check out option in your personal online account.

Disinfectant dispensers: There are numerous disinfectant dispensers available throughout the hotel. Please make sure to use them regularly.


  • Is cleaned with a fixed cleaning concept and exclusively by our trained staff.
  • During cleaning, only the chambermaid or the room boy may be alone in the room.


Our restaurant area is reserved exclusively for our hotel guests.


  • Buffets take place in compliance with hygiene regulations (hand disinfection and/or the disposable gloves) and with the necessary distance.
  • At the buffets it is obligatory for guests and employees to wear mouth and nose protection.


  • With a modern and cool concept, it takes you into the Asian and South American world of pleasure. Sushi, tapas, Asian specialties and much more awaits you here!
  • Enjoy as our house guests a discount of 10% on all food and drinks, as well as a welcome aperitif.


  • Our employees are subject to the 3G rule (tested, recovered, vaccinated).
  • Our employees are regularly tested for Covid-19 despite the 3G rule
  • At the slightest sign of symptoms or increased temperature there is an absolute ban on working
  • Our high safety and hygiene standards are continuously discussed with our employees and adapted if necessary.



If you or a family member is found to have symptoms suggestive of Covid-19 infection, please consult a local physician immediately. A Covid-19 rapid test will then be performed on you there. If the test is positive, we strongly recommend that you return home or comply with the official requirements for this trip.
